Declan Malone
Director of Coaching
Declan joined the P.G.A in 1994 and is a Class AA member. He now has over 14 years experience within the golf industry, including Retail Management, Hospitality Days, Tuition Holidays and a passion specifically for Coaching. Respected for his coaching skills, Declan has gained his knowledge through research and working with some of the world's top instructors - including David Leadbetter, Dennis Pugh and David Peltz.
As the Director of N1GOLF Declan oversees the running of all the academies, however Declan is still keen to help all standards of golfers and has a particular interest in Corporate and Individual coaching.

Kevin Harrison
Teaching Professional
Kevin joined the P.G.A. in 1995 and became a fully qualified member in 1998, he is now a Class AA member. He started as an assistant professional at Whitecraigs Golf Club in his hometown of Glasgow. Kevin played county and national golf as an amateur. He has developed his teaching skills through coaching all levels of golfer and the knowledge he gained working on his own game with a few of the top coaches in Britain such as Bob Torrance, Bill Ferguson and Adam Hunter.
After a successful playing career in Scotland as a professional, Kevin decided to pursue a fulltime teaching position at the A1 Driving Range almost 4 years ago. During that period he has built up a large client base and enjoys working with all levels of golfer from total beginner to advanced players.

Nigel Lane
Teaching Professional
Nigel has been a fully qualified golf professional since 1993. After finishing his PGA diploma Nigel started coaching near his home town at Albany Links Golf driving range. During this time his game improved and his full time playing career started. Some of his achievements are Winning Back to back the 1998 and 1999 Queensland PGA order of merit titles.
Nigel accepted a position in America at the Valley Forge Golf Club in 2002, where he was the Director of Instruction for the Julian Krinsky Golf Schools. Nigel began teaching at the A1 driving range from February 2007, he has a kind and pleasant personality and his philosophy is to keep it simple and enjoy the game.

Jonathan Law
Teaching Professional
Jonathan Law became a professional golfer in 1994 and spent 5 years playing in national and regional PGA tournaments. During his playing days he had lots of instruction and as his interest in coaching began to grow into a passion he embarked on a full time coaching career.
Jonathan's experience and knowledge gives him the ability to coach everyone from complete beginner to professional with all ages catered for. His philosophy is that everyone can improve, it's never too late or too soon. He aims to give fun and empowering learning experiences for all ages and standards.

John Francis

John has been coaching various standards of Golfers for over 20 Years and has great success in using different ways of improving their golf.John is a PGA AA qualified coach who has worked with the likes of Scott Cranfield, David Leadbetter, Dennis Pugh, Martin Hall & Kendal McWade founder of instinctive Golf. John is a Level 1 instinctive golf certified coach and likes to keep the coaching simple, fun and to draw the golfer from the individual. John has experience in doing HSBC Golf Days, Tuition Breaks, Junior and Group Coaching. & has appeared in numerous golf magazine articles which include Today’s Golfer, National Club Golfer & Essex Golfer.John has managerial experience in running a Driving Range and a Professional Golf Shop.John likes to play in East Region Competitions and local Events when available. My philosophy in Coaching is to get the pupil to believe in themselves, have fun and to keep the task simple.
